FAQ

Peace of mind for you. Endless possibilities for them.

FAQs

  • Can we still bring in our own formula even though the center has their own?

Absolutely. We use Up and Up Gentle formula and can provide you with a sample to try at home, but if your child has specific dietary needs you are more than welcome to bring in your own. We only ask that you have the bottles pre-made when you bring them in each day.

  • What if my child doesn't nap?

Each of our classrooms does still have a nap time, however if your child grows out of naps he/she will not be required to participate. While the class is napping, any child that does not nap will be engaging in quiet activities with a teacher.

  • What is your visitor policy?

Our school has an open door policy. This means that you or any family member that you authorize may visit at any time. We encourage parent involvement in each of our classrooms!

  • My daughter uses an inhaler. Can she receive her inhaler while in your care?

Yes! We have multiple staff members in the building that are certified in medication administration. All we need is a medication form signed by you and your child's doctor.

  • My son has a speech therapist, can she perform his therapy sessions in your building?

Of course! Therapists can perform their sessions either in the classrooms or in a quiet area of the building depending on their preference.

  • Does your center accept county assistance?

Yes! We accept assistance from Erie, Cattaraugus, and Wyoming counties. We do require the authorization letter before we can start care.

  • Do you offer part time care?

We are extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling. We can accommodate any schedules that are needed including but not limited to full days, half days, changing schedules, etc. You may alter your child's schedule whenever needed.

  • Do you offer any type of discounts?

Yes. Families that have two or more children enrolled at our school will receive a 10% sibling discount. This discount is applied to the oldest child's tuition.

  • My son has a nut allergy, can I bring him his own food?

Unfortunately we can not have any outside food brought into the building due to other potential allergies. However, we are a peanut, tree nut, and egg free facility, and our cook makes all of our meals fresh each day. Our cook will be able to substitute any component of a meal that contains an allergen
